Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
An email notification is sent upon shipment of all order.
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment.
-Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
-Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on your location and the
courier you select. A more specific estimate can be given when you choose your courier at the checkout.
Change Of Delivery Address
Change of delivery address requests can not be honored once an order has shipped.
You may cancel an order anytime before it ships. Please refer to our refund policy if your order has already shipped.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We do not offer courier services to P.O. boxes.
Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses via USPS.
Items Out Of Stock
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be an occasional discrepancy. If this occurs we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding the back ordered items.
Duties & Taxes

-Import Duties & Taxes
International customers will be liable for import duties and taxes for international shipments upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country. We encourage you to determine these potential costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Oriya's Panoply at your expense. Once in receipt of the returned item, we will refund the value of goods, minus the cost of return shipping will be issued.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Parcels Lost Or Damaged In transit
-If you receive a parcel that was damaged in transit please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service.
-An exchange or refund for the cost of item will be given for parcels damaged in transit after the courier completes an investigation.
-An exchange or refund for the cost of item will be issued for undelivered parcels if the courier's investigation confirms that a parcel is lost.
